Troops on Fire is a program to recognize Girl Scout Troops in the Phoenix Rising Service Unit who are actively living the Girl Scout mission of building girls of Courage, Confidence, and Character who make the world a better place by furthering the development of girls in the troop. It includes leadership of adults and girls, participation in Girl Scout events, curriculum, and skills building.
